The Sts. Constantine & Elena Ladies Auxiliary of the Descent of the Holy Ghost Orthodox church is under the jurisdiction of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America and functions under the charter of the parish, governed by the By-Laws, adopted by the Association of the Romanian Orthodox Ladies Auxiliaries of North America (A.R.F.O.R.A.)

To unite the women of the parish in a common effort for maintaining, strengthening and propagating the Orthodox Fiath;

To aid the Parish Priest and Parish Council in the parish activities;

To find ways and means to support our responsibilities;

To seek and maintain an active membership in the International Association of the Ladies Auxiliaries (A.R.F.O.R.A.);

To Support Projects of a charitable nature intiated by our local organization, the parish A.R.F.O.R.A. and the Episcopate;

To contribute with donations to the church's needs for liturgical objects and vestments.
