One of the most favorite times of the year is the Nativity Season.  We love bring joy to our church family and friends as we sing of the birth of our Lord and Savior.  For some it has been more than 40 years.

CHRIST IS BORN!  GLORIFY HIM!

The members of the Descent of the Holy Ghost felt a need to pray for the souls of the victims of the Virginia Tech massacre.  The public was invited.  Following the service a guest speaker, Lt. Robert F. Merchant, from the Hammond Police Department spoke on violent crimes.  Members of the press were present.  For the complete story published in the papers go to:
